You can check out as a guest, but an account lets you open My Downloads at any time to get your files again.
Because designs are digital downloads, please read our Refund & Returns Policy. If something is wrong with your files, contact us and we will help.
After payment you will see your download links on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. You can also sign in and open My Account, then Downloads.
Check your spam folder first, then sign in to My Account and open Downloads. If you are still stuck, contact us with your order number.
Each download is a ZIP file containing every format of the design: PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3 and XXX.
Use the format your machine reads: PES (Brother, Baby Lock), DST (Tajima and many commercial machines), EXP (Melco, Bernina), HUS (Husqvarna), JEF (Janome), VP3 (Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking) or XXX (Singer, Compucon). Check your machine manual if you are unsure.
Designs come in several sizes. See the Sizes & Details tab on each product page for the exact sizes and stitch counts.
No. Copy the file to a USB stick or your machine memory and load it. Software is only needed if you want to resize or edit a design.
Yes. Commercial use is allowed on finished stitched items. See the Design Usage Licence for the full terms.
No. The digital files cannot be resold, shared or redistributed.

Yes. Contact us with your artwork and what you would like, and we will turn it into a stitch-ready file.
High-resolution PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files with clear shapes and colours give the best results.
It depends on how detailed the artwork is. We will confirm the timing when you get in touch.
